The Works (a.k.a. The Goldilocks)

Service Description

Far and away are most universally effective health & fitness service available at R3 Fitness (and arguably offered by most health and fitness providers in general), we refer to The Works as The Goldilocks because it truly is the perfect balance to get you in the greatest shape of your life. Offered as a one, two or three-month service, any services provided by R3 Fitness are yours whenever you want them. Feeling like an in-home personal training or an in-home yoga session today? Maybe you’d like to utilize our online personal training services or online yoga classes on the days in-between? And, of course, this program wouldn’t be complete without our active recovery consulting services. You can have it all! So what are you waiting for!? The Works allows you to have one session a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Any additional services the same day will be provided at a discounted rate. But they are not included within The Works. Additionally, The Works is available to only the client who purchased it. Upon special request, 2+ clients may utilize these services as well. Finally, any client who is interested in purchasing The Works for a time span greater than three months will be available to do so upon special request.
